01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk56 ("pk56", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://pk56.cam ("Platform", "Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, features, tools and services made available through the pk56 platform.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the pk56 platform — whether as a registered user or a guest visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk56 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any posted update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk56 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all applicable criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licence jurisdiction applicable to the operator(s) you access through this platform. It is a condition of use that you do not misrepresent your age. pk56 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending age verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The pk56 platform is not intended for use by persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Users located in such jurisdictions — including where applicable under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan — access this platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with local law. pk56 does not constitute a legal authority and this document does not constitute legal advice. Users are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified legal professional regarding their specific situation.

3.3 Single Account

Each User is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the pk56 platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts created on behalf of another person without authority, or accounts opened with false or misleading information are strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate suspension.

• You are a natural person of eligible age and legal capacity.
• All registration information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete.
• You are not acting on behalf of any person who would be ineligible to use the platform.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if it changes.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity occurring under your account credentials.

04 Account Registration

To access certain features of the pk56 platform, you may be required to create a registered account. The registration process requires the provision of accurate personal information, including — but not limited to — your full legal name, a valid email address and a date of birth.

4.1 Credentials and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk56 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to accessing certain platform features — including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals and bonus activation — you may be required to complete a KYC verification process. This typically requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport, proof of address where applicable and a selfie or liveness check. Documents must be submitted only through the platform's official HTTPS verification flow. You must never submit altered, obscured or falsified documents. Submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

pk56 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User has violated these Terms, applicable law or engaged in fraudulent, abusive or harmful conduct.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the pk56 platform only for lawful personal purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to access, collect data from or interact with the platform without prior written consent.
• Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or infringing of any third party's rights.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or its operators.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code from any part of the platform.
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its infrastructure or interfere with other users' access.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location in order to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's software for personal gain.

06 Financial Terms

6.1 Deposits

All deposit transactions are subject to the operator's current cashier terms, minimum and maximum limits and applicable KYC requirements. Payment method availability — which may include mobile wallet options familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant transfers and major bank wire transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — varies by operator and is subject to change without notice. None of these payment providers endorse or support gambling activity. Method availability, processing times and fees are determined by the relevant operator and provider, not by pk56.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the operator's published withdrawal policies, including applicable processing times, fees, minimum withdrawal amounts and identity verification requirements. All KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed. Matching of account name and payment instrument name is required. Processing times vary by method and operator and are never guaranteed. Compliance and AML checks may extend processing beyond standard timeframes.

6.3 Currency

Where supported by the operator, accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk56 does not directly process any financial transactions and holds no funds on behalf of users. 6.4 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in bad faith — for example, after receiving the benefit of a deposit — constitutes fraudulent conduct and may result in immediate account suspension and recovery action. You agree to contact pk56's support team to resolve any disputed transaction before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus offers, promotions and rewards programs made available through pk56 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In all cases, the specific bonus terms take precedence. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only and may require a qualifying deposit above a minimum threshold — commonly PKR 1,000 or as stated in the specific offer terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates and expiry dates are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply during active bonus play. Exceeding maximum bet limits during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted by the applicable terms.
• pk56 and its operators reserve the right to withdraw, amend or refuse any bonus offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or breach of these Terms.

08 Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works without the prior written consent of pk56.

The pk56 name, logo and associated branding are trademarks of pk56. You may not use these marks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk56 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.1 Platform Availability

pk56 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime or inaccessibility.

10.2 Third-Party Operator Liability

pk56 provides information about third-party gambling operators for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, terms or conduct of any operator accessed through or referenced on the platform. Each operator is independently responsible for its own services, terms and regulatory compliance.

10.3 Accuracy of Information

11 Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue to apply.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pk56 is incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or gambling regulation law.

12.1 Pakistan-Specific Notices

Users accessing the platform from Pakistan should be aware that online and remote gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pk56 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, pk56 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform, updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notifying registered users via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the pk56 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
